Training
Our signature training is offered by our team of facilitators, educators and artists. It is interactive, dynamic, moving and transformative. We fuse presentation, performing arts and journalism. We have facilitated Emotional Justice training programs for universities, philanthropy’s grantees, international organizations, social justice organizations and local community groups in the US, Europe and Africa. Our training is bespoke – carefully tailored honoring each geographical location and its specific context of race, history and systems.

Power. How is it shaped by society’s systems? How does it show up in how we move through the world, how we engage, lead, work, learn? This training explores power within the Emotional Justice elements of ‘The Leader vs The Learner’ narrative; invites you to explore this narrative and break down this word, reframe it, and reckon with this new framing as a path for sustainable transformation. This is Emotional Justice for White men.
The good, the bad and the ugly of senior leadership is explored and you are introduced to the Emotional Justice tool; C.A.R.E. Culture to support transforming a senior leadership relationship with your team and organization in the turbulence of our time.
