Training

Our signature training is offered by our specialist team of facilitators, educators and artists. It is interactive, dynamic and transformative. We fuse presentation, arts, journalism with our facilitation. 

Our training has been engaged by international human rights organizations, academia, global philanthropy and its grantees, and social justice organizations. Our sites of engagement are the US, the UK, Ghana and South Africa. Our training is bespoke – carefully tailored honouring each geographical location and its particular history.

An online training exploring emotional labor, legacy, leadership, struggle and value, and the ways this manifest in your leadership and organization. In a time of turmoil and turbulence, WELLNESS in the face of WARFARE’s focus is institutionalizing wellness for Black and Brown women leaders.  It offers tools to build emotional infrastructure for your leadership, your teams and your organization.

A 3-part online training for male leaders across race, faith, culture. It’s focus isa relationship to power, and powerlessness embodied, in masculinity, and professionalized into leadership. We engage emotional literacy as leadership development strategy.
